I'm not sure if you will receive this but I wanted to say that the extreme, gnarly aspen bedroom set I recently received is an incredible work of craftsmanship; absolutely beautiful. The pallets were packed to withstand a tornado, much less some trucker handling it improperly. It arrived with a couple of minor chafes but with the gnarly nature of the set, these were insignificant. I see where some folks complain about your lack of responses/availability and I suppose I can understand the busy nature of your business but the lack of communication is really my only complaint. As a business owner dealing with a national clientele myself , clearly, you can use some help in that department. Nevertheless, the gent who handled my order told me 8 to 10 weeks and without one further word from you, I believe it was just about 8 weeks to the day when I received word from the trucking company that the order was headed my way. Again, a wonderful work of art and built like a battleship... better advise those with weak backs to have help available. I would do business again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
