We'll pay the standard shipping charge for any qualifying order shipping to a confirmed commercial address in the lower 48 states, FREE!. (Running a business out of your home does not qualify for our free delivery, the residential fee will still apply) Residential deliveries and orders requiring special handling will be subject to one or more of the accessorial fees listed below. Our Free Delivery offer is tailgate delivery, curbside. The truck will park as close as he can for you to unload, but will not back into driveways or go into a cul-de-sac or dead end. The driver will bring your order to the back end of the truck. You and your helpers will take it from the back of the semi trailer and bring it inside. The driver is not required to help, but the majority will when asked. Please, have adequate help to unload and carry in your order. Deliveries to gravel roads, unsafe conditions or ending up at very remote locations that semi-trucks with long trailers cannot access may require you to meet the truck at a nearby location or parking lot to receive your order, These accessorial charges are standard with all LTL carriers and we are passing on our negotiated tariff rates. If your delivery requires any of these services, the appropriate fees will apply and be added to your order once it has been packaged to ship and a carrier arranged. All of these accessorial items must be on the original BOL to get these rates. If you need to add them after the order has shipped, we can no longer offer you our discounted rates. The delivery company will charge you their full rates for any of these options.

  • Residential Delivery $45 (Charged by all carriers)
  • Special Handling/Palleting Fee $25 (per pallet)
  • Liftgate Service $45 - Deliveries over 300 lbs.
  • Inside Delivery $175 and up (Includes Liftgate and may require Dock Truck Delivery)
  • Limited Acccess $125 (Mountain Resorts) or Restricted Roads
  • Short/Dock Truck Delivery $125
  • Guaranteed Day - $$ Once shipped, Delivery is guaranteed on the day specified vs our standard 2-3 day window.
  • Extended Storage Fees $7-$12 per day

Optional Delivery Options

  • Blanket Wrap - We'll wrap each piece of your furniture in padded moving blankets and individually strechwrap them for the ultimate protection. The $20 per blanket fee is charged separately and is fully refundable. Just box up the blankets and return them to us for full credit.
  • Basic Threshold Service - Gets your order into a garage or covered carport
  • First Threshold PlusThis level includes a single man crew who will unpack and bring your furniture into the first doorway of your home without stairs, such as a foyer or garage. He will also assist you with inspection of your delivery. All packaging materials are left for you to dispose of.
  • White Glove Service - Our 'White Glove' service includes a two man crew who will unpack your furniture, bring it into the room of your choice. They will assemble (includes 15 minutes), and set it in place. They will assist you with inspection of your delivery and all packaging materials are removed from your home. However, it does not include moving your existing furniture. Please make sure that the space in which you wish your new furniture to reside is cleared and ready for your new addition(s).
  • White Glove Light Setup - $60 for the 1st 15 minutes - additional 15 minute blocks of time $20

Delivery Inspection

When your order arrives and has been unloaded, and before the truck leaves, throughly inspect the packaging and/or furniture for any obvious damage prior to signing the delivery company's release form. If damage is not noted on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt at the time of delivery, there is no recourse.  The line where you sign the form will state "Received in good condition" Write DAMAGED next to this line.The shipping company is responsible for any damage incurred. They will return any damaged item back to us to repair or replacement. But, use good judgement, if the damage is minor, or we can send a replacement part, just note the damage on the receipt and keep the damaged item. We recommend you keep the original shipping pallet and all packaging materials in case something does need to be returned to us unless you are positive there are no reason to return any furniture. Good pallets can be difficult to find and you will need one to return any item.
