Our Lowest Price Guarantee

If you happen to find a lower price on any of the log furniture we have on our website we would like the opportunity to beat that price for you. As the original log furniture store (online since 1999) we value you and your business and because of this we have, and always will, strive to offer you the best prices on quality log products that we can.

Our Lowest Price Guarantee Guidelines:

  • The product must be identical. Same size, color/stain/finish, shipping options, etc.
  • We must be able to verify the competitors price.
  • The product does not have to be a stock item, we'll price match a custom piece, as long as it's a line we offer.
  • The price must be an advertised and visable or you must provide the original quote you received.
  • Our Lowest Price Guarantee applies to new orders only and cannot be refunded on previously placed orders.

  • Payments Accepted & Sales Tax

    We accept the following types of payments:

    Other websites will automatically charge your credit card when an order is placed. We charge your cards manually because on larger orders (over $2500) we only charge the non-refundable 50% deposit to put the order into production and the balance is charged when your order ships.

    • For orders with items that are in stock we will charge the card within 48 hours.
    • For orders that have items that are built to order we will charge half of the order onto your card when your order is placed. We will charge the balance once the order is complete and is waiting to be picked up from the freight company.
    • For special order or custom built products we will charge 100% of the order onto the card once your order moves to production.



Available refunds will be returned back to the original payment method used less the required 50% deposit accepted during checkout for items made to order. Any fee associated to the use of a credit card is not refundable.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax on orders shipping within Minnesota.

  • Our Satisfaction Guarantee

    Our Goal is 100% Satisfaction. If you're not happy with a product you purchase from us, you can return it! We guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of every piece of furniture we sell. There is a lifetime warranty on our aspen furniture, and 1-5 year warranties on our other lines. Generally speaking, the more expensive the furniture is, the longer the Manufacturers Warranty. Normal Log furniture characteristics include beetle trails and tracks, checking or cracks, knots, and variations in color. All of these add to the rustic appeal of the furniture. If a crack compromises the structural integrity of the piece we will replace it free of charge. The bottom line is, we want you to be happy with your log furniture. More than that, we want you to tell others how happy you are. Word of mouth advertising is the very best, and most effective advertising we have.

    Our Return Policy is simple. We are so confident in our products, we'll accept returns of any product we sell under the following Conditions:

    Repackage any item you wish to return using the original packaging materials and/or pallet we provided. Email us (Include your name & order number) for a Return Authorization (RMA) which will include the return address and the return authorization number, which must be written in letters at least 1/2" high next to your name and address on the return label. Note: Returns without an RMA will be refused. Bring it to A UPS Store or call the original trucking company to arrange your return. Please repackage your return with care as you are responsible for any shipping damage that may happen during its return. Once received we will issue a credit back to your card minus any applicable restocking fee and the original shipping amount that we paid to ship the item to you.

    If your item is damaged, we will replace it at no charge as long as we are notified within 5 days of delivery. Please see our Shipping & Damage section for specific instructions regarding Freight Truck Damages at delivery.

    Factory Warranty
    Our hand peeled cedar, northwoods pine and beartooth aspen furniture all have a limited lifetime warranty. Rest assured, we will repair or replace (at our option) any defective part that fails due to material or manufacturing defects as long as you own that piece of furniture!     Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel your order please contact us with your order number as soon as possible. As soon as your order status moves from 'Pending' to 'In Production' the procurement process begins. At this time your order has been sent in to our factory or to our manufacturing partners and your furniture is being crafted specifically for you. We (and you) are then responsible and financially obligated to purchase the products that you have ordered. Should we accept your cancellation, you will forfeit you deposit in full.

    • You must notify us by Email within 7 days of delivery.
    • You have not altered or used the product in any way.
    • Any product you had us alter to your specification. Such as a sink cut out, a special size, or had an optional finish added cannot be returned.
    • Furniture made to your specifications - All Sales are Final.
    • No Clearance or Close-out Items.
    • No Bedding which has been used, opened or removed from it's original packaging.
    • No Lighting or Plumbing product that has been installed.
